"We wanted a new name that was similar to where we started," said Palosi, "to make it easy for everyone to find us. We had over 234,000 visitors to our site in just our first year of operation and we owed it to them to make locating our store simple." And while the company carries a huge selection of JH Designs character jackets as well as its full NASCAR line, many customers equate the Dora, M&Ms, Spongebob, and other character jackets with NASCAR due the similar style and cut of the jackets. Because of that, "sticking with the racing-themed name, SpeedwayJacketsPlus made sense to us," Palosi continued. Asked what other changes were in store for SpeedwayJacketsPlus.com customers in the months ahead, Palosi shared a few thoughts. "We want to be the undisputed leader in the licensed jacket sector. We have invested heavily in providing a customer interface that rivals the premier retail websites for ease-of-use and we plan to have new 24X7 customer self-service capability launched later this year.
