Earlier this year, the FDA ordered drug makers to add warnings on antidepressant medications including Paxil, according to a May 3, 2007 article in The New York Times titled, ?F.D.A. Expands Suicide Warning on Drugs.? The FDA said the drugs potentially increase the risk of suicidal thinking or behavior in people younger than 25, according to the article.
